Booking Terms

DEPOSIT POLICY
Your reservation will only be guaranteed after the deposit amount requested is received.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking within 14 days from making your reservation.

Should you want to pay by Credit Card, please request for a secure Payfast link to be sent to you. The balance may be paid at the Lodge, either by Cash or Credit Card. We accept Visa, Master & Debit Cards. (Regret no Diners Club or American Express). All bank transfers must reflect into our bank account before your arrival or departure at the Lodge.
A 1.5 % Tourism Levy on accommodation is added separately.  VAT is included in the rates
Malealea Lodge reserves the right to release bookings that are non-guaranteed.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing.
A no-show fee of 100% will be charged if guests fail to arrive at the Lodge on the stated date or if cancellations are done within 24 hours of arrival.
Cancellation received 30 - 15 days prior to arrival - forfeit 10% of deposit
Cancellation received 14 - 8 days prior to arrival - forfeit 30% of deposit
Cancellation received 7 - 0 days prior to arrival - forfeit 100% of non-refundable cancellation fee will be charges
 
CHILD POLICY
Children aged between 7 - 17 years are charged half price on accommodation only. Children aged below 6 years stay free of charge, meals are per menu prices.  Request special family rates.
